Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns for change-of-mind purchases where the product is unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging. At Pools Unlimited, we encourage customers to carefully review their order before purchasing, as a 30% restocking fee applies to all approved change-of-mind returns. This fee does not include return shipping costs, which remain the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that bulky items are not eligible for return due to handling and freight limitations.
Refunds will be processed only after the returned item has been received, inspected, and confirmed to be in its original, unopened condition.
